Our international presence and appreciation continue to grow, thanks in part to the care and attention we put into the production of our cardboard tubes, which are continuously checked and tested to ensure high standards.
Electronic dimensional and weight detection instruments are installed on the production line, which constantly keep track of product diameters, lengths and weights. Among the tests carried out by our quality department:
Further testing carried out in the laboratory to confirm the results obtained from the electronic dimensional detection instruments. For checking the parameters and measurements of the tubes, ensuring that they meet the agreed technical specifications.
It measures the resistance of the pipe to compression applied at two points, following UNI 10328/7 to ensure structural strength.
Essential for tubes intended to wrap plastic film, it calculates radial strength ensuring that they can withstand the stresses of film shrinkage.
